Working plan

The work plan of the ACCEDER research group is based on the development of several axes that are considered important for the promotion and positioning of the group, among others: scientific impact, cooperation, financing, interdisciplinarity, appropriation of knowledge, training and impact Social. The elements of the plan that the group will seek to develop are listed below:

  1. Positioning itself as a high-impact group at the national level through the positioning of its researchers and its products in the national network of science and technology led by Colciencias, and through this, increase the visibility that allows social projection and greater presence in the international sector. The above through the incubation of technology-based companies, the generation of patents, software registers and the internationalization of production with the publication in events and high impact journals in the areas of deepening

  2. Establish cooperation networks and promote strategic alliances with other national and international groups and institutions; for which lines of action and cooperation will be established to ensure synergies, complementarity and interdisciplinarity. Additionally, strengthen the lines of cooperation already identified with the Cim@lab and Engineering, Geomatics and Education groups.

  3. Actively participate in calls for projects, whether internal or external that allow the financing of a group of qualified researchers and promote the participation of students in the research and technological development activities in the group's areas.

  4. Manage projects aimed at strengthening research lines and generating knowledge related to methods and technologies applied to professional areas such as e-health, geomatics and education, which allow the technology to be brought closer to the user.

  5. Promote a permanent observatory of new applications and technologies.

Challeges

The ACCEDER group has the following challenges:

  1. To position itself as a high impact group at the national level, through the progressive improvement in the Colciencias classification.
